Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

Operator of One (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates operatorofone.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, the free Morning Operator product, and paid digital products or memberships we offer.

Contact: hello@operatorofone.com

1. Who we are

Operator of One sells digital products for solo operators: a free Morning Operator Grok Bot template (daily brief, inbox sort, spam flags) and paid packs or memberships that add a fuller operator set when our store opens. Payments, when available, are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We do not store your card numbers.

2. Information we collect

You provide: email address (for the free brief or contact); message content you send us; and any account or delivery preferences if we offer them later.

Purchases (via Lemon Squeezy): Lemon Squeezy collects payment and order details as merchant of record. We receive fulfillment details (such as email and order info). We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser/device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and similar logs. Our hosting/CDN (Cloudflare) may collect request logs and security analytics. We keep cookies and similar technologies minimal (security and basic site function). If we add optional analytics later, we will update this policy and seek consent where required.

We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation, biometrics, or special-category data.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to deliver products you request; fulfill and support purchases and memberships; respond to support; operate, secure, and improve the site; send transactional notices; send marketing only if you opt in or as otherwise allowed by law (you can unsubscribe); and to comply with law, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed with: service providers (email delivery, hosting/CDN such as Cloudflare, and Lemon Squeezy for checkout); professional advisors when reasonably necessary; authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and a successor in a business transfer, under equivalent protections. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including business/tax records and legal obligations. Email-list and support records are kept until you ask us to delete them (subject to legal retention). Purchase records are kept as required for accounting and merchant-of-record compliance. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify the data.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small digital-product business (access limits, TLS, reputable processors). No system is fully secure. Report concerns to hello@operatorofone.com.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that age applies). We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child provided data.

8. International visitors

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, we rely on bases such as contract, consent, or legitimate interests (for example, securing the site), and we take steps consistent with applicable transfer rules.

9. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident:

Categories collected (as applicable): identifiers (email, IP); commercial information (purchase history via Lemon Squeezy); internet activity (site logs); and simple preferences only if we later create them from that data.

Sources: you; your devices; Lemon Squeezy; Cloudflare and similar providers.

Purposes: those in “How we use information.”

Sale / sharing: We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

Your rights: know/access, delete, and correct personal information we hold, plus non-discrimination for exercising these rights, subject to legal exceptions.

How to request: Email hello@operatorofone.com with subject “California Privacy Request,” describe the request, and include enough detail for us to verify you. Authorized agents are accepted with proof of authorization as allowed by law.

10. Other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to data portability and to withdraw consent. Email hello@operatorofone.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

11. Third-party links

Our site or products may link to third parties (including Lemon Squeezy and Grok Bot platforms). Their privacy practices are their own.

12. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be noted on the site or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
